I started The Collar Club of Virginia to provide the best possible experience for you and your pet. It’s why I became a Qualified Veterinary Assistant (graduating with Highest Honors) and observed proper medication administration techniques by two area veterinarians on top of that. I am also Certified in Pet CPR and First Aid and renew my certification through continuing education every two years. I’m more than just a well-intentioned animal lover; I’m a trained professional who takes a safe, serious, and loving approach to your pet’s care. 

Before I started The Collar Club of Virginia, I was a frequent business traveler working long hours in corporate America. Back then I had four dogs and two cats, so I understand the importance of reliable pet care. I also owned and operated a successful health insurance agency and know how imperative it is to sweat the details so I can provide the highest level of service as well as protect my client’s privacy. My goal is to deliver stress-free vacations and worry-free workdays for you. 

And, as a former NCAA Division I athlete, I thrive on the exercise dog walking provides as much as your dog does so you needn’t ever worry about them being brought back before their time is up, unless extreme weather conditions dictate otherwise.
